Use Nautilo Mobile

Connect your phone to your organization's Nautilo Server.

Nautilo Mobile is one doorway into an organization's existing Nautilo world. Availability depends on your platform and the release channel your organization uses.

What you need

  • A reachable Nautilo Server operated by you or an organization you trust.
  • The Server address or a Server QR code.
  • An account on that Server and its normal sign-in method.
  • HTTPS for a public or reviewer Server. Local development exceptions are not a production deployment path.

Mobile is not a hosted Nautilo account and does not contain a Server. The Server operator controls membership, retention, connected providers, and administrative access.

Connect and sign in

  1. Open Nautilo Mobile and choose Add Server.
  2. Enter the Server address or scan its QR code.
  3. Confirm the Server identity shown by Nautilo.
  4. Continue to the Server's sign-in page.

After sign-in, Mobile can enter Chats and Rooms, follow threads, work with qualified Files and Memory surfaces, and use the capabilities that the account and Server permit. Some Desktop, Web, administrative, paired-computer, and protected-content capabilities are not part of this Mobile release.

Recover from a connection problem

If a saved Server is unavailable, return to the saved-Server list and confirm the address with the Server operator. You can retry, choose another saved Server, or remove that saved registration from the phone.

Removing a saved Server from the phone does not delete the account or data held by that Server. Use the separate account-deletion path when you intend to delete the Server account itself.

Delete an account

See Delete a Nautilo Mobile account for the in-app steps, eligibility limits, and the route for starting a request without the app.

Privacy and support boundaries

The Nautilo privacy notice explains the difference between data handled by Kentauros Services, an independently operated Nautilo Server, and a provider deliberately connected to that Server.

For account, membership, Room, File, Memory, retention, or Server-access questions, contact the operator of the Server involved. For Kentauros Services or this public documentation, use the contact route in the privacy notice.

Never send a password, recovery code, session token, owner credential, or private Server URL in a public support request.
