Your first hour

Reach the point where Nautilo is doing durable work with you—not merely running.

The point of your first hour is not to finish a settings tour. It is to create one piece of work with a Genie, change it yourself, and keep the result.

Install Desktop or open the web client.
Sign into the Server your operator gave you. If it has no owner or model capability, send the operator to Run Nautilo.
Customize your Genie. Give them a name, look, voice, and working character you can recognize.
Open a Room with another person or Genie. Speak normally; use explicit focus or a mention when you want a particular participant.
Open Writer, bring in a document, and ask your Genie to change the live artifact.
Edit it yourself. Accept or reject the Genie's changes. Continue from the state you created together.
Export or save the result.

That loop—communicate, create, intervene, continue—is the thing to prove.
